This is probably DC Bias Lookup Table

Loop over the RF Attenuation List (Rows) and Baseband Attenuation List (Columns), using these as table offsets for the TX Power LO Control Values. The GPHY DC Lookup Table at PHYRegister 0x3A0 contains two LO Control values per offset. So we take the next two table values and write them (as shown below) to the next available offset of PHYRegister 0x3A0. If there is only one LO Control Value remaining, use the same LO Control value twice.
